  1. How long are shipping times?

Shipping times vary depending on if the product was shipped from the UK or by our manufacturers. UK dispatched items should not take more than 5 working days. Manufacturer dispatched products should not take more than 30 days from order.

  1. What’s your return policy?

Before returning an item, you need to contact us to get a return ID. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong.

E.g.: Would like to return it since it arrived damaged. (we may ask for proof)


Please use the contact button on top of the home page and contact us giving us much information as possible to why you are returning the item.


  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. 


  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order — if it’s the wrong product, expired, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted — then simply notify us by contact us page, and we’ll arrange a refund or exchange.


  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
